Excellent hotel for before your cruise

Very easy to get to by train from Haneda Airport. Cafes and restaurants nearby but a 7 Eleven is only 100 metres away. The hotel has a large residents lounge with tea and coffee provided. The laundromat is good and very reasonably priced. An easy walk for 2 people in their 60s to the Osanbashi Pier. Room was large and very clean, as was the whole hotel.

All staff has excellent customer service. Just one hiccup when they had to call taxi and there were some miss communications. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Best place for pre/post cruise and easy access to the China Town. Good amenity for longer stay (furnished with Balmuda oven/microwave, Kettle, plates and cutlery set). Right next to Minato Mirai trai line/easy access for the elderly from station to the hotel. Free lounge access was plus!
