Bathroom was a tiny bit dirty but overall very nice property and location. Connected to the Nihon-Odori station with an elevator right out front which was very convenient.

I paid for 2 rooms. One with a double bed and the other with two twins. The two-twin room was fine but the double room seemed tight. Additionally, the double-bed room had a building wall directly facing the window. When we checked in, the staff actually tried to find another room with some sort of view. We appreciated their effort and it was understandable that this cannot always be accommodated. However, we booked an 11-night stay and it would have been nice if we could have been offered to switch rooms sometime in the midst of our stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel, cleanliness, amenities and location.

We loved our room accommodations and overall we had a good stay. The only comments would be that our room included a washer/dryer in the unit. When we arrived, detergent was provided and the bottle was half filled. We had a 17-day stay and when we ran out of detergent, we inquired three times to find out if refills were provided but never received a reply. It was not a big inconvenience to buy more detergent on our own, but a reply would have been nice. Also, depending on who was at the lobby desk, while some staff displayed exceptional customer servicing, a few were not very polite. Otherwise, the hotel provided great accommodations and cleanliness. The shared amenities provided on the seventh floor was an absolute plus. The location is prime and very convenient. We have already recommended some of our friends to consider staying at this hotel. And, the bakery shop next to the hotel entrance sold delicious cheesecake and donuts.

This was by far the best hotel I have been to for my whole trip in Japan. The space is amazing for solo travelers. The amenities were outstanding and the quality of care that I received was out right the best that I ever received. Next time I come to Japan, I will gladly book more hotels through citadines.
