Laundry and room were fine . The hotel booked two rooms for one night rather than one room for two nights and argued stubbornly refusing to change the reservation when it was their fault. Hotel halls are rather gloomy.

That was a pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Plumm in Yokohama. We really liked the hotel’s location and how clean everything was. I would have given more stars if there were a more affordable breakfast option or at least complimentary drinks during breakfast. We also had an issue at the airport — the airline broke the wheel on our suitcase, and we asked the Plumm staff if they could dispose of it. They agreed, but we were charged 5,000 yen (around CAD 50) for disposal. We didn’t really have a choice, so we paid it. The laundry service costs 500 yen and only accepts cash, which also felt a bit pricey. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Public bath on B1 was great. My wife had an issue with one of the cleaning ladies who more or less ignored my wife’s request. My wife reported her attitude to the front desk. My only complaint was the toilet paper. The paper was so thin so you had to use a lot otherwise your finger would break the paper as you are wiping your OKOLE.
