"The hotel has a few strong points worth mentioning. The limousine bus conveniently stops right in front of the property, which makes airport transfers incredibly easy. If you enjoy walking, several major shops are within about 1 km—roughly a 20‑minute stroll. The nearest subway station is also within a 10‑minute walk, which is handy for getting around Tokyo. However, there are some important things future guests should be aware of, and areas where the hotel could genuinely improve. Shinjuku is a huge area, and although the hotel sits in a lively hotspot, the walk from the train station is long—especially if you’re carrying luggage. We used Yamato for luggage forwarding, and while the bags arrived safely, the hotel does not deliver them to your room as many others do. You’ll need to bring them up yourself. The biggest challenge for us was the centralised air‑conditioning, which is not advertised. Normally this wouldn’t be a concern, but the room we were given was uncomfortably hot. With the small room size and lack of airflow, it felt suffocating. We contacted reception multiple times—four calls before a Dyson fan was provided, which unfortunately didn’t cool the room. I want to highlight that the receptionist, Uyen (hope I got the name right), was genuinely lovely and tried her best to help. "Comfortable, quiet room with the usual functional Japanese bathroom. Check in is 24/7 via a machine. We didn't have a view but the airport is right there somewhere. The breakfast buffet was a standout with a good variety of Japanese and western foods e.g assemble your own miso soup or have a fresh pancake from the machine. The chefs were continually cooking up fresh dishes too. From terminal 3 the hotel is accessed via a Skybridge. The complex also has food and retail"
