Came to The Woodlands area to attend a funeral. This hotel was very close to all the ceremonies we went to, and had convenient shopping and banking for us. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Many different options on the food, not just muffins. Had eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, fruit, ...
nice decor, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, so whats not to like? We didn't eat there, so have no idea what the restaurant is like, but would definitely stay again.
Mild smell, it seems like an older hotel so that’s possibly why. They seem to be doing a decent job keeping it maintained.
Perfect hotel room with great views and easy access to The Waterfront and Fountains area.
Hotel is nice, reasonably clean. Staff needs some training. When you pre-pay for your rooms their should be no additional nightly charges for the room. The check in staff decided even though my reservation was for 1 adult and 2 kids that they would charge a extra person fee for my room. Didn’t care that room was prepaid or that by policy children stay free in parents room.
