The room was not ready and we arraive past 5 pm the hotel was on renovation I undeserved but shouldn’t be that much money was not worth it
Didn’t like anything. Have stayed here before and it was okay. This time was the last. Bed sheets were not changed, the heat didn’t work(February in New York) which was good because it was dirty and had some mold in it, bathroom ceiling water stains and wall paper peeling off. Very disappointing.

Was the room was good but the heating was not working , I told the receptionist she told that she has made a note in book and 11 pm the staff will check and no body showed up, couldn’t sleep as it was very cold in the room

Hotel is dated needs updates
the room had a funky smell, not well aired. I got there by night very unfriendly less effort service person at front desk at night. Doing just the mininum. Breakfast not good, the juice was reduced with water and did not taste good. Run out fast of coffee.
Close to highway
Horrible. Dirty. Ac didn’t work Smelled like smoke. Dirty sheets and front desk that scolded me for not noticing the dirty sheets immediately when I walked in. ?? Never again.
we were placed in the room on 1st floor . just outside was the area everyone smoked and sat and talked and argued (i think they had been drinking) the staff were great, and accommodations were great too
