Rooms are outdated

I've stayed here before, and I appreciate a hotel chain that is open and welcoming to pets. When I arrived at the start of check-in time, there was no one at the front desk. And the "continental breakfast" was a few prepacked muffins and a wafflemaker. For one or two nights, I'd stay here again, but for longer than that, I'd find somewhere else.

Safe and clean. Good value for the price. Complimentary breakfast was good but I would have liked hot food (eggs, sausage, etc). The room was clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Time for a new mattress. Surrounding area scenic and beautiful. In the mountains.

Took a long time to get our key and we were the only ones in line. We were then told to drive to another building so we loaded our stuff back into the car and drove to another building. When we got to our room the beds We’re unmade and there was somebody in the shower. We close the door and then drove back down to the main office where they gave us another room. Check-in took us 45 minutes.

Rooms are clean and the property was clean and welcoming. The lobby was decorated for the holidays which really brightened our spirits while away from home. No breakfast due to Covid seemed a bit outrageous considering other hotels were offering “to-go” prepackaged options; this was also not listed online and we were unaware. We were also checking in very late and our only complaint was that we called multiple times before our expected arrival to give them advanced notice and nobody answered the phone, but when we got here someone was sitting at the front desk on his cell phone. It just didn’t seem professional to not answer the lobby phone but to be on his cell phone. Also, upon arrival they charged me an additional $50 security deposit that they didn’t tell me about prior to booking which was annoying, but it is what it is. Overall it is a clean, cheap hotel for a quick overnight stay. But I would not recommend if you are staying for longer than that.

I will never stay there again the room was filthy and they tried to deny my service dog after we had traveled over 1000 miles knew I was bringing her with me once there they tried to tell me I would have to pay extra for her I said no I will not because they can’t charge me a fee for her then they said I couldn’t have her in the lobby with me the managers were rude I asked for and paid for a room which I did not get they made me switch rooms because I had my service dog with me I will most likely be contacting my lawyer over this discrimination against my dog and if you complain or tell them they are wrong in anyway or give a bad review they put you on a do not rent list so you are not allowed to stay there again horrible place and the staff is very rude

Comfy bed very clean room Staff was one girl that i saw, vanessa very helpful and friendly and thoughtful. She did a great job. Bathroom could use some updating but very clean well stocked and the room was in great shape very pleased staff deserves a lot of credit. 1 downfall is its up on a hill and no 1 plowed the snow even by ten/11 I slid down it.

Lobby of this hotel has been updated. Staff were friendly. We were told to go out back for our room. Parking lot towards back had pot holes big enough to swallow our car. As we were walking to the back door window was broke, upstairs had severe water damage. Our room had water damage, carpet was filthy, red color was brown. These were not the pictures on orbitz. I called and asked for a room that was clean. The staff quickly put us in a room up front with a king. This room had been updated. The back of this hotel should be condemned.

good value breakfast especially waffle maker. pool was great even pretty but needs updating. staff friendly and solicitus. adjacent parking lots in serious need of paveing. slep like a rock. would stay again as price was right.

I enjoyed the stay.. I’m going to stay again soon!! The staff was really nice...

After finding out we booked thru orbizts They were even more rude an Un willing to Help in anyway. At check out the manger went as far as to cuss me out. And yell at me. Just for asking for a hotel receipt for my records Red roof inn should really do something with this manager. No one should be treated this badly

Sorry for inconvenience. Sorry for "No breakfast". We have breakfast till 12/17/20 but due to new notice we have to stop breakfast from 12/18/20. Sorry for not getting reply when you call here. We don't know why but we will find about that. $50 security deposit policy is already mentioned on every site may be you miss to see under terms and condition. Thanks for staying with us and have a happy holiday.

I will never stay there again the room was filthy and they tried to deny my service dog after we had traveled over 1000 miles knew I was bringing her with me once there they tried to tell me I would have to pay extra for her I said no I will not because they can’t charge me a fee for her then they said I couldn’t have her in the lobby with me the managers were rude I asked for and paid for a room which I did not get they made me switch rooms because I had my service dog with me I will most likely be contacting my lawyer over this discrimination against my dog and if you complain or tell them they are wrong in anyway or give a bad review they put you on a do not rent list so you are not allowed to stay there again horrible place and the staff is very rude

We didn't deny your service dog. We deny your stay with us due to you are on do not rent due to your previous stay.
