Staff was wonderful, professional and welcoming. The hotel has been around for a long time so we didn’t expect any “modern” amenities, however the whole place was very clean, neat and cozy. We had a fantastic stay and we will be back.

This hotel is steps away from the bus station and ferry pick up/drop off. Also a 3 minute walk from the Mark Twain point (beautiful scenery). The staff was the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and made us feel right at home 24/7. The dinner was fantastic and so much fun. We will be back in the summer!

This was a small boutique Swiss hotel. Rooms were small and amenities limited. They claimed to for Eco reasons removed the bar fridge. No air conditioning and it was HOT. being able to have cold water would have helped. I asked and they gave us a bucket with ice so we could keep some water cool. Fortunately, right on the water so it cooled down at night or never would sleep. The hotel tried to keep that old fashion look which is nice but certain things are needed.

Located next to the lake with both ferry and bus stations are just a meters away. The breakfast and room service are pretty good. The room size and facilities could be better.

The location is absolutely stunning. However I have to say the furniture in the room can be updated and they could definitely use window or portable AC units. The room was very hot for the two nights we were there.

We made to separate reservations, same date but one day was add up mistake. Front desk was very rude. She did not refund us one night extra room are super small no air conditioning, looks good on pictures very old hotel beds were not comfortable at all . I am not written bc she did not refund me extra night . Hotel conditions is pretty bad!!

Horrible hotel in Switzerland

The room was dirty, with a lot of dust. There was too cold in the room, also in the bathroom. Dirty carpet, elevator without door, the whole hotel was dirty and old. We booked 2 nights and wanted to leave after the first 5 minutes, showed the pictures to the receptionist.She told us that the 2 nights we booked were not refundable, but can give us 50 CHF discount… at our next stay.

Hotel Staff was unbelievable sweet and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We had a small balcony facing Lake Lucerne…incredible view. The hotel is in Weggis so about 40 minutes from Lucerne. The only complaint I would have would be the hotel hallways looked dingy and old but the rooms were nice.
