Room was very old and had a bad smell. They charged me 100$ for a 4lb pet during check in. Note that i prepaid before arriving. I will never vist this place again. The pool was the best part and hottub although the pool and hottub was ruff and can cause damage to your body i would be careful using the pool, but they did keep it clean. The room was spacious for family of 5 but the room was old and pull out sofa was not worth advertising we didnt even use it thats how bad it was. Never going back !!!

The property is satisfactory, with the sole exception of a minor inconvenience. If you extend your stay beyond four days, the room will not be cleaned until the day of your departure, regardless of your request to have the trash removed. The cleaning staff member informed me that she will not dispatch a cleaning crew after four days.

The front desk service is useless. The first room they gave me (ground floor) had two bugs. After the first second one, they gave me a new room. The second room had a massive ice block in the mini fridge such that it was nearly unusable. They also tried to gouge me to extend my stay (to pay MORE than I'd been paying for previous nights). Lastly, there are more waivers and deposits than other Sonesta hotels. The manager says it's because they've had issues in the past with drunk college students breaking things in the hotel. And yet, they have signs all over advertising happy hour drinks. You can't promote drinking and not want to deal with its consequences. Totally ridiculous.

Peace Away From Home

The hotel was nice and I was pleased with the service. The only thing i had an issue with was the pillows. They weren't fluffy enough. Other than that everything was great.
