I recently stayed here in Washington, D.C. The property is beautiful, well kept, and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing—so minimal that it felt driven by cost-cutting rather than guest experience. I understand the need to save, but this went too far. Service at breakfast also lacked warmth and genuine hospitality. As it stands, I would not choose to stay again unless the breakfast offering and staff training improve. I hope management invests in a more generous, well-prepared breakfast and a sincere, guest-first approach.
