I think even though renovation was ongoing, the rooms were clean. I like the idea that the entire hotel hotel is non-smoking.

Room smelled and had mold. The heat was also giving problems. I also had to go and plug in all appliances including cable connection.

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was a surprising plus.

Very nice accommodating staff. Walls are thick enough not to be bothered by other neighbors. Felt safe at all times. Very clean and comfortable. Could use better supportive pillows and breakfast til 10. This is definitely a nice place I would stay again maybe just bring my own pillow.

Parts of the hotel have been recently renovated. One section of the hotel does not have hotel access. Not a big deal for us but if you need the elevator make sure you mention that when you book.

Arrived at the hotel to a customer service worker who seemed as if he did not want to be there. He had a poor attitude and did not want tor interact with the customer. This same person Phillip was there at check out and had the same attitude. We were told that the side where our room was had no elevator so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. There seemed to be multiple parties going on with people running through the halls all night. Our second day, the maid did not clean the room but took the tip. The room had no iron or ironing board or refrigerator.

Hotel is dirty- carpets in common areas filthy, chair and ottoman in our room filthy Bathtub/ shower old- repaired but shoddy Property is shabby to put it mildly

Overall it was decent. I also felt safe. The bathroom needed upgrades and there were holes in the lamp shade. A refrigerator in the room would be nice but overall the place was decent.

it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a place to overnight in the DC area; returning kid to university. This was 20 minutes from the school and a lot more affordable than most hotels in the area. The rooms was not the Ritz-Carlton, perhaps a bit smaller than other places; however - was clean, comfortable with good coffee in the room. The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good and substantial.

I was looking for a hotel not far from my business meeting. Hotel staff was very helpful. Gave me some great directions to building I had the meeting at. Been coming back to this hotel now for past year. Great location and help with all amenities. Plus very close to DC. Great if you had a family and needed a place to spend the night before heading back home.

We stayed here while visiting DC. Its a beautiful hotel close to 95 and within a plaza with a CVS and Grocery store. Very nice staff and nice, hot Breakfast. The only minor disappointment was that the pool was only open from 4 pm to 10 pm. It is a beautiful pool with a deep end and shallow end. They have a life guard at the pool. The drove 5 minutes to the Metro station and took it into the city as suggested by the front desk.

JUST NEEDED SOME ALONE TIME AWAY FROM THE FAMILY, I HAD THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN IN THE DOOR, AND I WAS NOT BOTHERED.

A very nice clean room at a great price! Quiet, nice staff, relaxing pool. I will be traveling to that area at least once a month and will be making reservations to stay again very soon.

Breakfast area was not cleaned timly and staff was overheard complaining about guests

Location was good. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay. Love the waffle maker. Neighbors were noisy. There was a lot of comotion in hallway late at night and early in the morning. At check in they did not send us to the type of room we reserved. However, they corrected that. At checkout they were not able to provide a receipt.
