I know that I booked a budget hotel, but I would still expect it to be somewhat clean. First we walk into the room with an outside temperature of 113 degrees and the air conditioning was not even turned on. If my guests were expected after the check in time, I would at least be somewhat prepared. I booked a room with a jetted tub and when I went to look, the stopper was in and there was an inch of green, slimy sludge water in the tub. The room mustn’t have been rented in quite some time. There was nobody in the office at this point to even look into changing rooms. I literally had to shower the next morning with my flip flops. The ceiling looked as if it was about to fall down with so many cracks and water stains. The two arm chairs were so dirty and damaged that I wouldn’t even consider sitting on them. Luckily there were no bed bugs in the mattress when I checked. The property came with free continental breakfast which I never expect much in terms of quality, but this was not to be chanced. I voiced my concerns to the front desk worker and told I would like to speak to the supervisor/owner and left my information. No response was received!!
The rooms were super clean and looked like it was newly remodeled. Would definitely stay here again because of how clean and new the room looked.
It was very cheap. Not enough breakfast for guests. Very small breakfast space. Forced to eat it in that small space. Knowing this, I would have made a better selection. Fake wood floors were peeling. Towels dingy white. Handles falling off the night stand and dressers. Just a weird and cheap place. Yuck.
This review is of customer service mostly. They dont get it. They are out of touch with the hotel/motel business as it is a service and not just a means for them to collect money. They advertise a nice pool. There is no activities other than that. The pool was closed. It was also very murky/ loads of black dirt on the pool steps. Cleaning supplies and hoses floating in the water. You must pay .25c for ice. The room looked really nice. It smelled of cigrarettes. The smell seemed to come from the sink. The bed was huge and lumpy but soft to sleep on. The TV was set on a wall facing a corner.You could not move or angle it. There is no storage in the room no place to hang clothes or put your luggage on. There is no room service. You have to ask and the man at the front desk comes and asked "well what do you need?" Room service you say. He brings you towels. They take breakfast away at exactly 9:am. Not even any coffee left. Its an OK breakfast. Automade flat pancakes. Its interesting. The man at front desk hovers over you while you eat, replacing forks and opening & closing drawers also trying to talk to you. Very cramped.
Nothing everthing was all good. The breakfast was good, bed was good, service was good
Very friendly desk staff, and a clean comfortable room. It is an older property, but it has been updated/maintained pretty well. I like that they have laminate (mop-able) floors in the guest rooms (all budget hotels should do this). Full breakfast (eggs, sausage, etc.) was good. They have a pancake machine that produced a pancake at the push of a button.
The pet friendly policy was reason I selected and when traveling with my dog I would select this place again. Would like in room coffee and another trash can.
With a family of five kids, normally we get two hotel rooms but my husband had to leave on a business trip. This hotel room worked out great because I was able to get a room with 3 queen beds. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but I felt like it was overpriced for what it was. Breakfast had hot pancakes, eggs, and sausage, and other things which was nice, but there was very little room for seating. Just one table and then a bar along the wall. It worked well for my family, but if my husband had been with me, I definitely would have booked a different place for what it cost.

This motel is in an economically depressed area. There are more liquor stores than restaurants close by. There's a homeless person housed in a room on the back of the property, paid for by a church. I did not feel safe. Walking the dog was more adventure than I want. Having said that, the managers are really trying. They've redone the baths in very nice tile and the rooms are nicely finished. The beds are firm and the breakfast is really good, although the eating area can only seat maybe a dozen people. Yes, it was inexpensive; but I would not stay there again.
Enjoyed our stay, rented a room with 3 queen beds, nice, friendly and helpfiul staff. Sink was slow to drain water though. Enjoyed the full breakfast...

The hotel is older but very well remodeled. The staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. The night before we stayed in hotel with a so-so breakfast; it was nice to check in to nice room and wake up to a good breakfast (real eggs!). Thanks
The motel was older, but the owner has done a lot if updates. The room and grounds were neat and attractive. Continental breakfast had the usual PLUS scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy.
Beds were ok the room it self was ok just really run down It lived up to its name Budget. The breakfast was well not good at all.
