Too close to highway with trains passing by at odd hours of the day
The property is clean, but dated. Nothing special about it, but ok for a quick overnight. The staff is friendly. The area is noisy because you’re right next to the highway and train tracks. They do provide earplugs for their guests.

The room was fine. The pool water was green. Nice breakfast.
Good place to stay for the price. Surrounding area is rough and there’s a trailer park behind the hotel so all trailer park traffic goes through hotel parking lot. Don’t leave valuables in your car.
Very clean nice facility. We had keys that didn’t work for our door. I waited a long time to have them “rekeyed”. Still didn’t work. No maid service the second day. No clean towels.
Bed was comfy but other than that it was a terrible stay. Office lady gave wrong room so we probably terrified someone at 1 am trying to get into our room.
Room was next to parking place with no steps giving easy access for senior person with walking difficulties. Staff very helpful.

It was in an area not all that prety. Definitly not safe to walk outside. Noisy next to express way.

Barstow is pretty sketchy and I had to sign a waiver saying I would not hold the hotel responsible if my car was stolen or my things were stolen out of my room. I actually popped the hood of my truck and removed the fuse for the fuel pump to ensure my vehicle would not be stolen out of the parking lot while I slept. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night...
