The first room they gave us when we checked in had a nasty smell of cigarettes and was supposed to be no smoking. We got another room that was smoke free but we couldn't get the air conditioning to cool. The bathroom was very small and the sink was cracked all the way across. The towels were not white and fluffy. They looked old. We wont stay here again!

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever visited. We needed to stop while coming back from Las Vegas and I booked a room here based on the price. Apparently, this hotel is mostly used by BNSF train crews, and since they don't have any other options, the hotel doesn't seem to bother with any kind of guest considerations. When we checked in, we found that our first-floor room only had blackout curtains and no liner, which meant that everyone in the parking lot could see into our room if we wanted natural light :( My wife took one look in the bathroom and said she couldn't take a shower there, as there was an ancient rubber mat in the tub with mold and stains along all the edges of it. We went to the front desk and showed her a picture of the filthy tub and said we can't stay in that room, so she gave us a new room a few doors down. We checked the bathroom right away and saw another filthy tub mat and went straight back to the front desk and told her that bathroom was also not suitable. She then upgraded us to a "suite" on the 3rd floor, but that room had a heavy plastic odor and was very stuffy. It smelled like it hadn't been used in years, so we went back to the front desk again and said that we didn't think the hotel was a good choice for us. The rep said she understood and would email Orbitz to refund our deposit, but the hotel manager declined to refund our money even after I called Orbitz to try to resolve the situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FILTHY HOTEL!

When I checked in Carmil, had informed me that my reservation was cancelled. He stated that was what the system told him. He stated I had to call someone. I asked who, he stated the third party that I booked with. He stated he could walk me in at a rate and that hotels.com would refund me. I informed him that I booked a non refundable. And it wasn’t refundable. He stated I had to call. I called and of course they were closed with it being almost midnight. I called Wyndham and closed. I texted the Wyndham customer care number and they stated my reservation was active. Carmil told me I had to call them. I informed him it was a text line. He stated that Wyndham didn’t have that. And that my reservation was still cancelled and that he couldn’t find it. Then it turned out from the other worker, that my reservation was accidentally checked in not cancelled.
