Everything was lovely - except the air conditioner quit cooling at night. This seems to be a routine issue in many hotels. I don’t understand the mechanics. Front desk staffs deny any kind of limiter on low temps. I sleep in a cold room at home. In this hotel I woke three am because I was too warm.

Breakfast was getting refreshed very slowly. It was crowded, there were plenty of people waiting but then they would refresh the food with two pieces of bread and an English muffin. The oatmeal was out, the hot breakfast items were out, the area was a mess and chaotic. We ended up not being able to utilize this complimentary service.

Very clean and comfortable room in modern hotel. Had a mini-kitchen in the room which was very useful. Easy walk to numerous restaurants and just across the highway from the outlet stores. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Lots of parking around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
