Located on the 1st floor, this private space features a beautiful living room with portable A/C, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with standing fan, wash/dryer, & dishwasher.
It is situated in Langford 4 mins from highway to downtown Victoria. Easy access to premium outlet shopping, stores, groceries, Costco, Royal Roads University, and Victoria General hospital.
Please be aware that there is the highway road to downtown Victoria behind the suite which can generate some noise during from moving vehicles.
Please keep windows shut to reduce noise level.
Portable Air Conditioning is present only in the living room but can keep the entire suite cool if doors are opened and windows shut. Additionally, there is a standing fan in bedroom.

Nice quiet neighborhood and the room was very clean. Host was quick and helpful with communication. About 20 min from downtown victoria and 20min from uvic but easy to get around with a car, with many shops within a 5 min drive. Would reccomend!

This space is clean, welcoming, and quiet! We had a wonderful 2-night stay here with everything we needed. The host was so helpful and answered any question I had almost immediately. The neighbourhood is very safe and in a great location to shops, the highway to downtown Victoria, and nature hikes.
