Here is my experiance

Hi there, Yes. In fact this apartment is not suitable for human beings, is a major health hazard and the fact it’s In the missile of a construction site, with all windows sealed with zero ventilation, was never disclosed. It is actually hard to breath here. The AC stops every 15 minutes and you need to get on a chair to reopen this (the owner sent me a video on how to fix what seems to be a known problem). In the pictures on website all windows are open and nice when in fact we are sealed inside a an apartment that probably wasn’t ventilated with even a little fresh air in months. The water pressure is so low, it’s almost impossible to take a shower. Please see the following pictures. 1) Bidet not cleaned with urine stains on it 2) Toilet not clean with mold and dirt beneath 3) Mold in the shower and Acs 4) Layer of dust in the filters that keep spreading dust and mold all over the place 5) All windows sealed and if you dare open one, you are inside a dirty dusty construction site 6) There is a washing machine but nothing to do with the cloths after that. In Venice people dry their cloths outside the windows, that as mentioned, are not in use. No drying machine either. 7) One of the bedroom’s Acs does not cool. Just spreads molded air. 8) I have taken videos documenting the incredible noise outside our window due to construction work – not possible to open a window and even with all windows shut, the noise in incredible.

Good and Bad - would still return

The location is perfect. The apartment layout was great and clean. But there was very very low water pressure and it took 30min (and one time an hour) to get hot water. The property was responsive but it really made our stay difficult.
