Residenza Ducato is located in the heart of Venice, but located in a very quiet area. We were thankful that we didn't have to tow our luggage too far from the water taxi drop off location. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. They provide you with a welcome packet at check-in that lists some great places to eat, drink, and relax. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.
