The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located in the center of Venice, in the Cannaregio district, the most animated of Venice. It is located a stone's throw from Strada Nova, the main artery of the city, full of shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other services (pharmacy and banks). The apartment, completely restored and equipped with every comfort, is located on the mezzanine floor, is large and quiet and overlooks a private garden. The apartment is managed by Giorgio and Gabriella, experienced hosts, who live in the same building.
The apartment measures 59 square meters and consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two complete bathrooms elegantly finished, one of which is exclusively for the master bedroom . The apartment has been completely restored and is equipped with all the services (high speed wi-fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher).

Ca 'Ferrari was a wonderful apartment that was perfect for our family of four. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was very conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and groceries. All of our tours were walkable within thirty minutes. Giorgio and Gaby were very communicative and such kind hosts. Giorgio gave us step by step directions on how to get from the airport to the water taxi stop, where he picked us up and walked us to the apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Venice. The apartment was as described and perfectly clean. The location was a great base - we walked everywhere and saw all we wanted. The host is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to help us get checked in fast when we told him we had scheduled wine tasting that gave us only a few minutes to drop our bags and go. Could not have asked for a better stay in Venice.

This modern, clean, and comfortable apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults to enjoy Venice. It had everything we needed, and more! Quiet part of Venice

Host meet us at the boat dock. He walked us to the apartment. He was very nice and showed us where the grocery store is about a 4 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was very clean, peaceful and the air conditioner worked great.

Absolutely loved our stay!

This was one of our favorite owner owned properties that we stayed at during our stay in Italy. The host Georgio is very friendly and helpful and their 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 teens such as ours. The property is immaculate, super clean and was supplied with linens, towels, and basic necessities in the kitchen. For the price we paid, we felt it was a good value. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting Venice!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

We loved staying in Georgios apartment and will stay there again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood was great, quiet, clean and close to everything. Communication with Giorgio and Gaby was excellent. The apartment is exactly like the pictures describe. It was spotlessly clean and everything works as it should. We didn't have any issues and if we had I'm sure they would have been taken care of promptly.
