Great location, helpful staff, clean room, bed not the most comfortable

I didn't like the fact that room was in annex building, not in main hotel. It's like private studio apartment which is away from main hotel.

Room is wet, no windows. . The breakfast is not up for 4 star level.

It is your average three star trying to pretend it is a four star. If you want three star stay here, if you want for star don't.

Nice place to stay. Good, friendly staff. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Clean room and bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. About 20 minutes walk from San Marco square. Best way to get to the hotel when arriving is to take a water taxi. Cost us 120 euro, expensive, but worth it.

Hotel, location, room were adequate but not great. Junior suite with balcony is not worth the extra cost - squeekiest stairs to upper loft where king sized bed was could wake up the neighborhood. Balcony was decent. Hotel is unnecessarily strict about bringing any food or drink in from elsewhere. Just had to enjoy our gelato outside instead! Staff was adequate but not overly friendly or welcoming, but that seemed to be trend in Venice.

Our family stayed in a family suite with 2 bedrooms adjoined. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and bathrooms spacious. Breakfast in the a.m. was very good and included pastries, eggs, bacon, cereals, hot and warm drinks and hams/cheeses, breads galore. Very nice start to the day. Hotel staff was very responsive. The "pool" was more of a hot tub and very small and cost 10 euros extra per person to use. We did not use it. This should be described better online. All in all, we would stay here again.

We got hotel room at a very good price. The hotel was worth the deal.

Less touristic arae, great pool and very friendly staff!

Great staff and excellent hotel at a nice location, in town yet quite.
