Cute little spot. Staff is very nice, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. It’s literally just around the corner from the Venice Santa Lucia train station super convenient. Clean and safe. Breakfast was good with eggs however you want them and good quality bacon not that fatty greasy American stuff. Toast and delicious coffee lots of fruits and pastries. Very happy with our stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Always a warm welcome. This time I stayed in one of the annex rooms just a few yards from the hotel main door. The room was HUGE with a great bathroom and its own private roof terrace! Truly exceptional, and just a short walk from the car parks and train station.

Good location and good restaurants nearby, very close to all of the Venice action Our accommodation was not on same site as the hotel reception, the entrance to our building was a bit dirty and not very inviting, it could do with some upkeep. But, it's OK for a few days stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a great place to relax after a day out exploring. The service was exceptional… everyone was very friendly, so helpful and made us feel really welcome. The location is perfect, close to the train, bus and water bus, and an easy walk to all the main sights. We’d happily stay here again.

It is an old hotel, with very basic facilities. They don't have iron in each room, if we request they check where it was given then get from that room. Had only green tea packets, when I requested coffee packets they said come to the bar and pay for it. No lift to carry luggage to 2nd floor. TV have no channels, its just for show.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was included, and good. We always felt bad because we never could finish what was brought to us. There is air conditioning, but as a North American, be warned, it is not what you are used to, and makes it just a bit cooler. Location is amazing, as it is close to the railway station and bus to the airport. You WILL be walking stairs to get to both.

In the apartment everything is new, looking very nice, but they have nitrate in walls due to water presense in walls that has got a unpleasant smell. We tried to use the AC they were not working (in August???) so we had the choice to open the windows. But if windows open mosquioes come in that happened in first night, not much sleep, after that you we closed the windows and had the damp air but no mosquitoes, either solution is bad. They had mosquite repellent in the apartment, but those are useless.
