This is our second stay on Palazzo Priuli and we like it even more this time! Good location, fantastic rooms and friendly people. You feel the history of the Town here. It is at a perfect location in Venice just outside the crowds of people. Kristian Eriksson

First of all, the building is over 700 years old - how cool is that? The stairs going up from the lobby to the first floor are slanted and uneven - I liked the "character" of the old building. The service was great. We asked for some old news papers to wrap some souvenirs in and first the bell man showed up with paper and 5 minutes later the maid showed up with more paper. The mattress was a little hard for my tastes and the pillows were super thin - I had to ask for two extra - and overall I didn't sleep overly good because the mattress. The breakfast buffet was average, not as good as the others during our trip.

What a fantastic place to be based in Venice. We adored our room, which had windows overlooking the junction of two canals. The foyer and dining areas were beautiful, and gave a real sight into the history of the building. Breakfast was generous, and afternoon snacks and drinks - all complimentary, were well received. The location was perfect - a half hour water taxi ride from the airport, a ten minute walk to San Marco Piazza, the Rialto Bridge, and hundreds of great eating establishments. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel lots of original 14th century features ,staff very helpful and friendly only 500 mts from St Marks Square all in all we had had a great stay. Breakfast service very helpful, drinks left in the lounge for the afternoon and mini bar in the bedroom with sensible pricing. I would recommend this stylish hotel and would certainly return in the future.

We loved this hotel and its location. Our group, 2 adults and 2 teenage children, truly enjoyed our stay. Close to San Zaccharia water bus stop, close to St Mark's and away from the crowds. Our room number was 107 and it was enormous and even had a separate small bedroom for our son. Breakfast had a great variety and delicious cappuccino. Also they had snacks in the afternoon including cookies soda water, peanuts wine and beer. 1minute from La Mela Verde gelato which was great. We booked Food Tours of Venice and we highly recommend this it was amazing. From the windows of our room we watched the gondolas and were even entertained by some singing gondoliers. When we go back to Venice we will absolutely stay here.

We have recently returned from a short break at the Palazzo Priuli. Overall we had a great stay. The building itself is a thing to behold and you could not ask for a better location. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very helpful. Our room was clean with fresh bedding and towels everyday. Some great and some quirky furniture, paintings and sculptures add to atmosphere. I have knocked a star off because tbh a bit of updating was required in our room was required, including improving the air conditioning , and it would be useful to have a kettle rather than having to take our own which is quite unusual these days. Eating out is expensive but if your wallet is prepared for this and you want really great food try Trattoria da Jonny. Worth also going into Tourist Information Centre St Mark's Square and booking key attractions in advance. In most cases means you can avoid long queues .

We stayed in room 107 and can only comment on this one. It's at the back overlooking a small square which has two restaurants. Obviously this makes for a noisy night with them not shutting until late. The room was large and clean. The mattress really firm, BUT the bed frame creaked alarmingly when either of us moved. Throughout the night they were other loud bangs in the room, we have no clue where they came from. Maybe upstairs who knows. Nice light bathroom with poor shower, pulsing hot and cold and going all over the floor because the shower curtain was too short. No hot drink making facilities although there is a mini bar under the TV. Good breakfast, and charming staff. Free Wifi and a good location

We always stay at the Pruili on our visits to Venice. The hotel is well situated yet in a quiet area well away from the crowds. A real sense of Venetian life. The staff offer a warm welcome and are very helpful. A special mention for the lady in charge of breakfast who provides an excellent start to the day!

Beautiful hotel, a reminder of bygone days, enchanting and mystical a perfect setting to explore this breathtaking city. Close to St. Marks walking distance to Must other attractions or the water taxis. Venice had to be on all bucket lists so much to do and see.. plus the strangest thing at very high tides St.Marks Place floods, so you must purchase odd overshoes to keep dry. All contributes to the wonder if Venice.

Ideally located on a canal and a short walk to St Marks Square, this hotel offers plenty of old world charm with large rooms and incredible Venetian decor. We stayed here for two nights after moving from a previous hotel - if only we could have had the whole time here! Breakfast was good and minibar adequate. Our only minor gripes were the spotty wi-fi (only a problem as I was laid up in bed for a day with nothing to do!) and the smell upon entering the lobby. The most overpowering stench of sewage hits you like a punch in the face. While not ideal, we were happy to see it didn't come up anywhere else in the hotel, and given our room was just down the hall this was a blessing. It was more bizarre than anything as the rest of the hotel Was clean and fresh
