Excellent location with view of canal
Room size is small, shower is a tight squeeze, and a little dated room. The staff are awesome and were able to help with me whenever requested assistance. Room included breakfast included which was good. Do not offer COVID testing services so that is a little more of a process. Did provide a voucher with a local pharmacy yo can go to and schedule appointment for a rapid test next day for 20 Euros. Overall good value.
Pretty decent service at the front desk and breakfast was good enough but the rooms were heated to stifling temperatures and we had no soap in our bathroom.
I really like this Hotel because is located in a really centric place, we can walk everywhere from there and is clean and is not noise beside that is in the middle of everything. The only problem we had was their cleaning personal, my friends and I bought some souvenirs and 1 of them was stolen, so we have to ask them to do not comeback and clean our bedroom while we were out. We told the manager in duty, but he didn't know what to do. !

Hotel in an excellent location in Venice - 5 minutes walk to San Marcos. Room is pretty small, but bathroom was nice and a good size. On a quiet street but you could hear some others in the hotel walking up the stairs occasionally. Excellent staff who were friendly and very helpful. Had breakfast one morning, was decent but nothing special.
