Perfect for Biennale visitors! I was so happy with the location. The staff were kind and full of good advice. My room had a balcony which was so lovely. The bed was comfortable. If you want an authentic experience, this is the place. I did not do the hotel breakfast so I have no opinion regarding the food.

The location is right around the corner from train station, right in front of canal and walking distance to shopping. The service in hotel is impeccable and very safe and honest staff. Luigi the supervisor is very nice and accommodating

The location was AMAZING! It was very safe and just a short walk to Piazza San Marco. Our room - 105 - was large and beautifully decorated. It was quite comfortable for our entire family (including two children). It even had a little balcony that overlooked a small canal. Breakfast each day was delicious and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. We will most certainly stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

The property could use new carpeting and is a bit worn down, but the day staff is excellent and super helpful. The breakfast is honestly terrible. Italy is known for good food and great coffee. The coffee is instant- both in the rooms and at breakfast. The food is just very mediocre and needs an upgrade.

Wonderful property, in the heart of Venice. Great staff and best breakfast buffet we have ever had. Phenomenal room, staff, everything. Would go back again for sure!
