Our family of four adults spent a week here. Overall, we had a good experience -- the apartment is light-filled and nicely furnished, the kitchen was really well-stocked in terms of both utensils and condiments, and both the indoor pool and the gym were surprisingly big. The location is also really convenient -- a short walk to the train, to Gastown, to Chinatown. and to all of the shuttles we took to get to various day trips, such as to the Sea to Sky Gondola and the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. There's parking in the building, but you really do not need a car.
You may wish to do some homework on the Crosstown neighborhood. If a romantic or picturesque setting is important to you, this may not be your spot.
But if a nice apartment and convenience appeal to you, this is a great property. Everything you need is nearby -- groceries, pharmacies, a movie theater, restaurants, public transportation, you name it. And the on-site concierge and cleaning staff were very nice and very helpful.
