Ivo was absolutely wonderful!!! His hospitality and the housekeepers was part of my overall great experience in Tulum. I will return in the future to stay. My only complaint was the linen. The towels had small orange like spots.

Low key bungalow in the jungle close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping! I will be back. Tulum is amazing!

The view from roof tops is amazing ,like the style of the rooms

Very good bargain considering prices on the zona hotelero in Tulum. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The whole place runs on solar so no noisy generator running at night. Be aware that parking is very limited if you bring a car I stayed for 56 days and had to ask for new towels and they never changed the linens. The casa is atrached to loco tulum restaurant so when the restaurant closed on monday the staff disappeared and so did the wifi. Dont expect a front desk or concierge etc. This is not that kind of luxury resort. It is very convenient to the beach clubs across the street and the Ki'an Saan biosphere reserve. Overall a great bargain.

My room got water inside with the rain and my stuff got wet. The fan was really loud so I couldn’t sleep. The free breakfast was not good.
