The staff were very welcoming. The Hotel location is great. As far as the Hotel it is very dated and in need of a face lift. The room that I was given had a weird smell to it and I couldn’t really decide is it was a smoke smell or a pet smell but it was definitely noticeable. The parking lot at night did not feel very safe. Horrible lighting in all parts of the parking lot.

Hotel is in a great location but is very dated and needs to be refreshed big time. Nothing is sound proof so you could hear anyone and everything around you. Carpet is ripped and dated. Breakfast had like two items and sadly they weren't warm. Every single coffee pot was empty so getting coffee in the morning was impossible. Everyone that worked there was nice. Overall location is great and it's a huge hotel it's just old and needs some TLC

Here's the basic pros and cons Pros Affordable. Staff was awesome Comfortable beds Great parking at no extra cost Central to local businesses Breakfast was an added bonus Cons Room smelled like smoke, even though it's a non smoking room. Wi-Fi was a disaster. Lounge was closed due to Wi-Fi I had to get up at 3 am to fix a running toilet. Toilet had issues the entire time. Shower drain was severely plugged. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Just needs some polishing.

Easy to find, close to lots of different amenities, plenty of parking. Breakfast was fresh well stocked albeit very simple. Overall hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable. Coffee maker in room was handy and appreciated. Microwave and fridge was nice to see. Staff was friendly and helpful. I forgot something in my fridge after I had checked out, upon inquiring the front desk gentleman went to the room himself and brought back my things for me. Wonderful service.

We stay at the Red Lion for work for a week at a time. We’ve stayed at different places around the area and the RL is the best place for the price. We were staying at another place for at least a year only bc it was quiet, but eventually became disappointed at the aging facilities. The RL is much more updated. Having a comfortable king bed and quiet rooms and rates has become the number one reason we’ll continue to stay at the RL.
