The staff was really nice and it’s a great location, but the hotel is undergoing some major renovations so you can definitely see the age in the hotel rooms and facilities, such as the pool, common areas, etc. The on-site restaurant wasn’t open and the continental breakfast was quite honestly pretty terrible. Hopefully those components will improve once a renovation is complete. If I’m ever in the area and I know that the renovation is complete I may give it another try as it is in a really cute location and Clover Island is updating a lot of things as well.

Our stay at the Inn was good. We were there for 4 nights. Rooms were very clean and complimentary breakfast was good. It was centrally located so fast and easy driving access to all 3 of the Tri-Cities.

This property is going through some renovations, we were only here overnight so not sure what the construction noise level is during the day. The room was standard. We were disappointed by the breakfast which consisted of shelf stable pastries, boxed cereal and instant oatmeal packets. There were some waffles you could toast also. Beware

Too noisy for us.

We were given a room with an adjoining room and we had a sleepless night due to noisy neighbors. The hollow core door separating the rooms did nothing to lessen the effect of our arguing neighbors. In defense of the motel staff, the night manager did knock on the offenders door and asked them to be quiet. Which they did for all of 15 minutes. In the morning, at check out, we were informed that all of the available rooms were adjoining. So, even though the room was ok and the location was nice, we have to say, Never Again.

Room was very dated but they are currently doing updates. We loved staying right on the Columbia river overlooking a beautiful bridge. Breakfast was good. It was fun being off the beaten path.
