Check in process was quick. Had two reservations, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. The room on the first floor had not been cleaned and was not ready. The cleaning staff told us to ask for a new room. When I called the front desk, they said to come get a new room. When we got to the front desk, they said they were fully booked and to just wait 30 minutes. This was extremely inconvenient as my family needed to get ready for a graduation. Why check someone in to a room that isn't clean? And then why not immediately start working on that room so that it could be available? Staff didn't seem to care and were very disorganized. If I hadn't already paid for the rooms, I would have went somewhere else. I should have been provided a credit/partial refund, but nothing was offered. I will not stay at this property again due to how the situation was handled.
