The staff were very friendly, our rooms were nice and clean, and it was quite spacious compared to other rooms we've booked elsewhere in Japan. Even though we placed the "Do Not Disturb Sign" on our door, the staff were kind enough to always leave clean towels and slippers in a bag (the bag would be hung onto the door knob). Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and would assist with calling the taxi for us. My family and I would stay here again.

It was an amazing stay and so comforting to come home to every night. We loved the efficiency of clean towels everyday and the staff was very helpful. The one issue we came across amnest the end of our stay was a heavy amount of cigarette scent in the hallway each night on the 8th floor. We weren't sure if it was coming from someone's room or through a vent but it was concerning. We would love to stay again in the future.

My room was not as expected—it was smaller than what was shown on Expedia, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains, just as some other guests had mentioned in their reviews. We placed an air purifier in the bathroom while we were in the room, but unfortunately, it didn’t eliminate the smell. I requested a room change a couple of times at the front desk, but it didn’t work out. My stay was over 20 days, and the single-size bed in a room labeled as a double was quite tight and uncomfortable for a longer stay. Housekeeping came daily before 2 PM, but the quality varied depending on who cleaned that day. It didn’t seem like the bathroom received a deep clean regularly—some days were okay, but others left me questioning the cleanliness. Despite these issues, the overall stay was decent. Next time, I’ll book a king or queen-size twin room for more space and make sure to check the room photos and descriptions on Expedia more carefully. The front desk staff carried out their duties as expected, though not always with much flexibility or warmth.Thank you.

It was very nice stay. Hotel staffs were very friendly. Room was clean and enough space to move around. When you open luggages on the floor, it was little tight but we managed. Few convenience stores are close by and few minutes walk to the station. We would stay there again.
