The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean and well-maintained, and all utensils and appliances were in great condition. The washer and dryer provided were especially convenient and made the stay even more comfortable. The staff made a good job for cleaning the room and prepared the bed.

A family friendly area and neighborhood with a convenient seven-eleven downstairs. Close to different train stations or lines. The place was clean and everything you needed is inside. The place is spacious that we can open up luggages to unpack/pack. However, the bathroom area had a funky smell like urine when we checked in. The smell went away after someone bathe in it. They have very strict policies for check in so you have to be there at check in time. They won’t do refunds if there are issues you can’t control such as like your flight got cancelled or rescheduled by your airlines.

Amazing stay - the premier apartment for 6 pax is very comfortable. Love that thy accommodate my requests to have clean towels daily. Location is perfect. Downside - pillows are super thin.

Staff was unfriendly but the area was quiet. However security wise would have picked one with concierge next time as someone was trying to barge in while entering code and knocked on the door really hard one morning. No luggage storage as stated on website is a major disadvantage in exploring Tokyo especially with the hour earlier check out compared to other accommodation.

Nice stay. Convenient location. Be prepared because some of the staff does not speak English, but they do have a 24 hour translation service you can call. They do not have an iron board and only one dresser for clothes, though there was a small space to hang up clothes. But it was a 2 bedroom room. A lot smaller than what is shown on site. I needed help with the heater and received prompt service. Everyone was accommodating. Unfortunately, you can only watch youtube for English speaking shows. They have Netflix, hulu but you have to be registered on a Japanese domain.
