Great location and great staff

The staff was very attentive and tried their best to fulfill my need/request. I stayed in a single comfort room and it seemed the TV was too big for the room. The location was excellent! There are many good restaurants around and big department stores.

Stayed here for a night and it was a great place to stay to get out and see things. Right near an exit from Shinjuku Station, so easy access to the trains and not too far of a walk to see things in the Shinjuku area. Comfy bed, clean room, and great amenities.

Myself and my daughter were staying here. We already enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The room are very clean and I was very easy walking distance to restaurants and cafés and shopping plus the train and underground were very close by would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy no frills hotel, great base for tokyo city central exploring. Shinjuku station is a few minutes walk that will get you anywhere you need to go. Hotel was roomy which is a rare find for tokyo. Staff were excellent, all so super helpful. Lawsons right next door.

Great for quiet stay in Shinjuku

Property a bit run down - carpets worn, AC only worked ok, linens a bit threadbare. Four beds necessary for my family but they were really squeezed into the room. But clean, plenty of free amenities in the lobby, and staff very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was a great experience staying at Kadoya Hotel. The front desk staff are very polite in welcoming us. Hotel provides free various amenities. The location is centered in Shinjuku, very convenient to travel to different places of Tokyo by train or metro. It is within a 10 minute walk to train and bus station. Thera are many places around hotel to dine, we personally recommend visiting omoide yokocho street to experience local nightlife. One thing to note about the rooms: we booked a quadruple standard room with 4 single beds. It was nice since each family member gets their own bed (we are a family of 4). The room is pretty clean and quiet. However, the room is a bit tight so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Finally for mentioning , the convenient store LAWSON (open 24 hours) is just next door.

Very nice hotel! There is a Lawson next door which is convenient to buy breakfast at 4:30am (if you have jetlag). The toilet is very nice and clean. We booked the quadruple room, and it’s very spacious. They have a very big smart TV which is very convenient - we just sign in with our Youtube account and we can watch more videos about Japan. Yamato transport is available too. Very convenient overall!!

Fantastic stay

What a great affordable hotel. It is good for solo and couple travelers. Laundry is available on site and cost only a few hundred yen. It is close walk to the station and night life. Many restaurants are close by and also the convenient stores for quick snacks. The rooms have all the amenities needed.
