We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality.
It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information.
First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch.
The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food stains.
The washroom was equally dirty. Lots of hair and dust pushed into the corners and sides of the walls. Yellow and brown stains on the counters, doors, and walls like its never been cleaned. The laundry was full of lint, slime and was hard as a rock when trying to clean it out.
Detergent and shower supplies were empty but refilled after complaining. Our clothes felt itchy after using laundry.
The bed was extremely soft like the cushioning was all gone. You would sink to the floor. The headboard and curtains had lots of dust and stains as well like its never been cleaned. The table had scratches and stains all over. The couch had brown and circular stains like it grew mold and was also soft like the cushioning was all gone.
Since I had booked 9 days, I scrubbed all surfaces and cleaned the fridge, microwave, laundry.
I shouldn't have to do this cleaning.
Wifi constantly disconnected.
Convenient bus stop at front to Tokyo Station but 10min walk to next closest subway/bus.
