It definitely seems like a third-world Hotel the room itself looked pretty but it had probably the smallest TV I've ever seen had no remote they sent up a remote it didn't work a guy came up with the another little remote told me he got the TV part of it working he'd be back up once he found out how to set the cable right so I could have more channels than three he never came back.. the wash washcloths in the bathroom look like raggedy ceaning rags and I'm not exaggerating there is no bathroom mat to put down by the tub the shower we .couldn't get it to work the guy had to try to pick up the lever that turns on the shower he could barely do it. The staff were nice but did not look professional at all--'pictures hung in the room permanently crooked. (Just a side note kind of humorous to me) honestly, i will never stay there again. I'm just glad I was only spending one night there to go to an appointment the next morning

For the price of the room is what you get. not bad not great

The staff were very friendly We requested extra towels and another blanket several times and never received

Nothing was working. hot tub was cold, bathtub foccit kept running, mold in bathroom

This is the second time in a week we stayed at this Ramada, stopping both on our outbound and return trip. The room was nice the first time, not so nice second. The shower wouldn't warm up, the towel rack was broken, the air-conditioner in the room was smelly. The pool had been used for a party the day before and not cleaned up. One of the doors to the atrium/pool had been propped open and left my wife without a feeling of safety. The man who checked us in didn't really seem to know what he was doing. The lady who ran the breakfast was very nice, but the selection was poor, especially with regard to cereal which was only highly sugared ones with nothing that resembled bran. Our first stay was much nicer, which was why we returned. I'm not sure what happened in the interim, but I'm not sure we'd return.

The hotel was not at all what I was expecting! There was old trash on the floor, hair on the bed, the fridge wasn't working properly, the toilet was constantly running & there was noise at all hours of the night! There is a huge gap on the side of the door, so even when the door is shut, you can still see through into the room. I had to hang a towel over the gap. It was very disappointing!
