It’s dingy, old, a bit outdated
Very disappointed it's advertising an indoor pool and hot tub and they were both closed. They need to state that fact on their site.
The hotel was filthy and the staff rude. It took an hour to check in and there were approximately 15 people waiting to check in Our room had mold and disgusting filth everywhere. We asked for a new room and it was just as bad. We had them give us sheets and we covered all floors and furniture and changed the bed ourselves. I had two dogs with me and didn’t have the option to leave or I would have.
We arrived late at night after a long drive across the country. The room was disgusting with crumbs all over the room, horribly stained couch, a non-hotel towel, hanger & kids ball in the closet, garbage under the bed & something sticky on the desk. I paid an extra fee to have my dog stay at the hotel with us & I had to chase him around the room nonstop to try to keep him from eating crumbs that were all over the floor
The room that we were given was disgusting. There was mold in the shower, it looked like the sheets weren’t even changed, or the pillowcases, the tables surfaces still had streaks on them from past guests, and a lot of furniture was stained. As well as holes in the walls of the room in multiple places.

Motel price for a very nice, clean hotel. They even still served free breakfast in the morning (a rarity in COVID)! Amazing value.

Drinking families in lobby and outside in parking lot - lots of noise. Room was not cleaned on 2 of the nights I stayed. Staff was not friendly or accommodating in any way.
