Upon check in we had a lock box. They gave us the wrong lock box number so had to call and figure that out. The main door to our building said it’s locked but it clearly didn’t. We had a happy dog next door and skunk smell in the hall. So far not impressed.
this is an old property. my room was not well kept. central air nonfunctional. a window unit was placed in den to cool a 2 bedroom until. which not surprisingly ut was not able to do. multiple electrical outlets not functional.
No attendant during check-in. Overcharged my credit card which was corrected after a couple of phone calls.
Near highway, plenty of close-up parking. Clean room and well laid out. Shower was great.
Very disappointed. Nothing like the pictures. When we arrived there was blood on the sheets where my kids were going to sleep. Gross!
I was checking in after 8 so I called and the front desk was super helpful. Issue is that there was here in the bathroom and we saw cockroaches in the kitchen dining area and bathroom.
We have stayed at this property 2-3 years ago. Back then was very clean, safe, everything was working. Now seems unsafe, shady characters staying there, it seems to have become a permanent home for certain individuals and not a hotel, loud music in the night, constant smoking wright outside almost every exit/entrance. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, nicely spacious and clean enough. However the a/c in the room was not working, they had placed a a/c window unit in the kitchen window, to cool a two bedroom suite. That a/c was great for the kitchen and living room, but not the bedrooms, it was hot. We ended up sleeping on the couch. When I complained about the a/c, they did send someone, but they did nothing, a/c still broken, and I was told the window a/c unit should be enough, it was not. Needless to say we will never stay here again.
We stayed in room 316, and the heat didnt work, so our room didnt get above 55 degrees. Also the entire room smelled like weed, and cigarette smoke. Someone was either smoking below us or in the stair well because the smoke smell was coming out of the bathroom. It was so bad we had to close the bathroom door and put towels in front of the door. The doors, walls, and kitchen were also filthy and need a thorough scrub down. There is stuff smeared all over them. I mentioned all of this to the receptionists the morning of 3/7/2021 and she said the room below us is vacant and overall just seemed not to care. Honestly I wont be recommending this hotel to anyone.
Good location, for our family needs perfect size, and they were very COVID sensitive.

This prooerty is located close to shopping areas. And minutes from Lowell. For my family of 5, there was enough space for everyone to stretch out. The staff was courteous.
Clean hotel with great staff. Close to stores and restaurants.
The only negative was a few hairs and crumbs we found in the bed under the flat sheet (kind of gross but didn’t want to make a fuss at 11pm, so we slept on the flat sheet instead). The customer service was very accommodating. We arrived a few minutes after the pool was supposed to close, but the front desk attendant kept it open an extra hour for us. We also checked out an hour before breakfast but the attendant had already prepped some food and invited us in to take something for the road. Very nice people and a very reasonable price. The rooms looked freshly updated as well.
stayed only for one night. was not told of the free breakfast at check-in and found out only at check-out. By that time, everything is gone and did not have anything to eat. The room is nice and clean.

Upon your departure your room was reinspected, as it is meticulously inspected before your arrival, and we did not find what you claimed to be on the sheets.
