Awesome customer service and great value!

Amazing experience. Had a small issue which was rectified immediately. Awesome customer service provided by Tracy, Cory, Lauren, Allen, Leanne and the person that checked us in on Thursday. KUDOS to Tracy for having a well managed hotel. Breakfast was great and was prepared with cleanliness. The breakfast facility was also very clean and immaculate. Hotel property is In a great locating with restaurants and stores very close in proximity. The hotel also does a great job reaching out to nearby restaurants to get guests a discount. Well done also upgrading. I saw some negative complaints and suggest you take them with a grain of salt. Staff and Management will do everything they can to remediate any issues. The pool is also awesome and clean. We brought our Dog and they treated us well. Thank you so much Tracy and Team!

Horrible stay

Place was very out dated. Beds were uncomfortable. I found someone's sock under our heater and it wasnt ours. Our shower wouldnt get warm in the morning. We complained to the desk multiple times and nothing was done for it.

This is the 2nd time we have been here. Last year pool was closed with no notice which was disappointing. This year pool was open and was lovely for the kids. There was no hot wat from friday through Sunday the days we were there, my 5 person family hadcold or barely luke warm water for showering. I do not lnow that we will give this hotel a 3rd chance. Staff was very friendly, zero complaints on staff. The cold water was a deal breaker.

An interesting adventure to say the least..

Our room was given to someone else and the hotel was full. They didn’t check the full name on the reservation nor our ID. They found a room but kept on calling because of the situation. The heater didn’t work at all and the temperature reached-15°c at night. It’s been on high blast since we got here and we opened it. Still so cold it triggered an asthma attack… if you come during winter there’s high chance you won’t be able to park since people took 2 parking for their suv and trucks. For our last little trip before the baby that was sadly stressful and inconvenient. the staff was nice and it looks pretty.
