Great location. House was perfect for our group of 7 had enough space to spread out. Kitchen was perfect and pool area we really enjoyed. We loved that we could open up the sliding doors to open the space up to pool area. The location was idea for us as we enjoyed the downtown Dunedin area with bars and restaurants and went into Clearwater area very easily. Thank you to our host for enjoyable stay. We will be back. This was our second stay at this property. Luz is an absolutely WONDERFUL host. The property is clean and clearly well cared for. Luz is super responsive if you have any questions and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at this property!!

A lovely home. We stayed with kids/grandkids - 7 of us altogether. Private pool was used every day/night - we had great fun and many memories were made. Connect 4 was a hit. Spacious accommodations, including the living room, where we could all watch the football game together (Go Bills!). The guys made us breakfast each morning in the nice kitchen. We visited Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach (Little Toot dolphin excursion), Clearwater Aquarium, and Busch Gardens. Neighborhood was nice. Thank you!

Great choice !

Loved this property. Very nice neighborhood. This home met all of our expectations for our family. Everything was extremely clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the family room was spacious. The patio area was great for coffee, meals and just sitting around relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor games. Shopping for anything you might need was only a short distance away. One of the beaches we really enjoyed is Honeymoon Island. Dunedin center has some cute shops and a nice variety of restaurants. Any communication with Luz Peguero was answered quickly. We would definitely choose this place again !

Great for Spring training

This is a great house for a group to experience spring training or the area. The house is a good size, a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The master was very roomy, and the bunkbeds were comfortable and has a separate bathroom. The kitchen has just the minimum in supplies, no spices or extras, but enough to reheat food or cook breakfast. The towels were more like bathmats and the pool very chill. Management was responsive.

Outstanding!

This home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. Nice neighborhood we could take walks in - and even saw a couple of wild bunnies! The communication with Luz Peguero was easy and she quickly answered. We will stay there again on our next visit!
