You can't beat this location. Walk 2 blocks to Central Ave with all the restaurants, bars, shops and more! Walk 6 blocks and you are on Tampa Bay and enjoying all the amazing parks, water views and St. Pete Pier! Also just 15 minute drive to St. Pete Beach! The first floor condo has a private entrance and beautiful palm trees right outside your door. This cozy unit has hardwood floors in living area along with pull out couch for extra sleeping potential. Modern kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances. Cute dining room table to enjoy breakfast before headed out to enjoy all that St. Pete has to offer. Separate bedroom with Queen size bed and large closet. Bathroom is updated and has tub shower. Enjoy all the conveniences of home such as wifi internet and cable TV. Condo is fully stocked with anything you'd need from plates, silverware, bedding, towels, beach chair, frisbees and more!
