We were here for an extended stay due to an family members illness. This Hotel was absolutely amazing in accommodating us. They were flexible and compassionate w our situation and we cant thank them enough.
The property has a good vibe. Rooms are small. Food quality and wait staff poor. Pool bar area is nice bar tenders not so nice. Good location will stay again.

Our room at the hotel was cute but very outdated. The bed creaked so loudly and the doors and floors creaked so loudly so that when anyone would move you’d wake up. The shower water was unique in the fact that if someone flushed or used the sink the hot water in the shower would go cold or extremely hot. The restauraunt and bar at the Hollander hotel are great and so is the parking.
Nice location, close to good quality restaurants and shops plus close to the waterfront area.

Loved the atmosphere and area. But the room was a bit small with no chairs to sit on and the restroom was very small with stained tub.
This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We will only stay at this property when visiting St. Pete.

The food and drinks were really good. The pool area is lovely. We enjoyed seeing all the pictures of old St. Pete. The area is safe and convenient for walking. Parking was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Nice older hotel. Did not like having only a window unit AC that was nowhere near the bed or even a fan above the bed. Hottest night I've ever spent in a hotel. Window unit was not sufficent to keep room cool. No air movement around bed area was insane in a hot humid climate.
