Staff took forever to check in. Trash can in room had dried blood all over it. Furniture had pocket knife carvings. Air conditioner was terrible as was the shower. Not to mention we found a huge was of hair by the night stand.
My expectation was low it was better than expected for the price i paid so i was overall happy with the hotel and service provided. I would definitly recommend this hotel for this location.

First time staying at a drury inn as there aren't any in our area. It was a great experience-comfortable beds and pillows and the kickback happy hour and the awesome breakfast was a bonus.
Very clean and Super comfortable room. Quiet and relaxing. Free Wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have employees who are not shy about starting up a conversation, making a recommendation or offer a suggestion. I needed to take breakfast to go, and not only did they get me a container to use, but one of them even brought me the plasticware I'd forgotten to ask for. I'd definitely stay here again.
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel in the last year. Easy check in/out. Very clean all around. Very nice free breakfast- lots of choices and good food! Comfortable bed. Close to shopping and the zoo! Will not hesitate to stay here again!
Check in went easily enough, the room was clean, the fridge and microwave worked, and the TV was functional, no complaints.
