2 bedroom/1 bathroom western themed unit located just a short walk from the historic Main Street district. are ONLY dog friendly. Please note this unit is above a bar with live music and it shares the back patio. We weren`t kidding when we said you were steps away from all the action! Dog friendly only. A $125 pet fee will be manually requested AFTER booking if your dog/s will be joining you.

You`ll be greeted by a full bathroom containing a tub/shower combo and lighted mirror, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. As you continue down the hallway you will pass a bar top with two seats and enter the spacious and inviting living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen contains all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Around the corner from the bathroom you`ll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed.

We take pride in providing our guests with a clean and comfortable space, and we look forward to hosting you during your stay in St. Charles.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

It was very clean, easy to access and very convenient for us as we were there to enjoy downtown area. The only downfall was the parking since it was a Saturday it was very busy but we got lucky and a spot opened up directly infront of the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and right in the heart of historic St. CHARLES. only complaint we had was it is above a bar and very loid till 1 or 2 am. This was kind of my fault as i didnt look at other reviews. Other than the bar it is really cute.

very clean, the bathroom needs a little love. Both sink and tub drains need some work, somewhat clog drains. One more note, below is a bar with live music, could get loud at times at night when trying to sleep.

If you enjoy being in the nightlife - this is for you as it is DIRECTLY below you.

Cute decore and overall ok place to stay. However, be prepared to be awake into the wee hours as the bar beneath has live music and is extremely loud. The back entrance is shared with the bar patrons and they are literally outside the bedroom window drinking, smoking and swearing until 12am or later. Hideaway bed was broken and unusable (with a dirty sheet) only 4 bath towels and no extra bedding was provided. Also bring your own dish cloths/towels as there were none. Great location though on mainstreat for shopping and restaurant access.

The Outlaw Stay

Adorable place right in the middle of downtown historic district. Fun atmosphere surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. The music from the bar underneath was not super distracting, but we were surprised that it continued on Christmas eve and Christmas day eve as well! One room had a fan, so that helped the noise (although mostly just a Base bump). Very comfortable and great view of Mainstreet out the window.

The only thing everything was great but where we were told to park 2 days later received a note on car if we parked there again we would be towed. So I have no clue that’s where we were told to park. Also the toilet paper roll dispenser is not put in a stud so it wants to come out of the wall. I would still give this place 1-5 a 5 it was nice and clean we would stay there again..
