Safe and very walkable, 1 block from restaurants and nightlife in The Grove neighborhood. Sleeps up to 6 with King master, queen 2nd room, and bonus room w/ daybed & trundle twin beds. Enjoy a night out and come back home to a safe, clean, modern home. Fast wi-fi & 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces in the back for you.

This area has had a ton of investment over the past 5 years with lots of new bars and restaurants all within walking distance starting a block from the property on Manchester Ave. There is mix of development with old houses and newly built homes side by side. Neighborhood has mostly brand new and renovated homes but also a couple of tear downs waiting to be redeveloped (including one next door). Quick access to I-64 and I-44 so you can get just about anywhere in the St. Louis area in 10 min. We are also about 2 miles away from the main BJC Medical campus.
