In the post said "continental breakfast available ". I always ubderstood that was included in rhe price but i noticed that was not included when i arrived. 2nd night they forgot to clean our roon. We arrived at 8 PM from downtown and the room was at the same cobdition as we left

I would’ve given a five star but the water pressure in 323 was not up to par. It would be nice if the bathroom door stayed open and a hook to hang robes. Other than that the hotel is Beautiful! I checked in on Wednesday and the attendant at the from desk displayed Superb customer service, she deserves a raise!!! I previously lived in St. Louis, this hotel is in a safe upscale area. I would recommend it and will book this hotel again!!!

Spotless room and the front desk staff was super friendly. We forgot my dad’s medicine in the room and they actually called me and held it until we came back though town. 10/10 will stay there again!

They neglected to make up our room one of the days we were there. The night staff were a bit surly when we brought it to their attention that night when we returned. Also, they have a quiet time posted from 10pm-6am. However, one night there were 20 people in the common area eating and drinking at 11:30pm. This was a particular problem because our room opened up to the atrium where all the people were gathered.

Room was clean however the placement of it was terrible. We had to be up early for a soccer game and no one in my family got much sleep between being right across from the ice machine, having a window in the room that you could hear everything on the interstate and having noisy neighbors.

Heard the Elevator running very load in our room next to elevator all night buzzing in our room. Room says it had an atrium view. Did not say there would be a party in the atrium all night. People yelling and screaming and laughing all night. Will never book hear again or through expedia.
