The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The experience was a good one overall.

Convenient to St. Louis and Edwardsville. Spacious room, good amenities. Weren't expecting it to be an accessible room, but figured out how to use the shower.

The room was nice. The front desk hostess was rude when asked if I could check in an hour early. The Internet was horrible and I couldn't stay connected. The ice machines were all broken.

Nice hotel. Had an unfortunate experience with ants...but we were relocated to another room. Staff was a bit indifferent. I wish staff would be better trained. A simple apology could have gone a long way.

We chose this hotel because we were travelling with a medium size dog, and needed a place that would allow pets. This hotel worked out really well, because it was easily accessible from the highway, and having pets there is fine. The floors throughout the hotel were engineered wood, which is a good idea if you are going to allow pets. Basic hotel, with breakfast included, which we didn't expect. Good value for the money, and nice staff.

Motel, being a new facility, was in good condition. Cleanliness was satisfactory. It was conveniently located within 6 miles of family we were visiting for Turkey Day. Can't say much for the breakfast. We stayed there 4 nights but only ate breakfast once. Not much to choose from...cold boiled eggs and toast or dry cereal and yogurt. Headed for the Barrel to get a Cracker, if you know what I mean...

overall the hotel was very good. nice breakfast in morning and the popcorn in the lobby in pm was a nice treat. would recommend guests request a room on the west end of the hotel. our room was the furthest east, and right next to the highway. we could hear the traffic all night.

We stayed here for a place to stay on the trip to a wedding. The hotel room was dirty, had dust piled on the fridge and microwave...the carpets left our socks black. The staff wasn't sympathetic and the manager later responded basically too bad, so sad. Also the hot tub that was shown in photos and advertised had been filled in and had a picnic bench over it and the pool had way too much chlorine.

Hotel is at a great location, several places to eat around. Most of the staff are courteous and help solve guest's problems. In my case I needed to do homework online, and they let me use the business center computer. Room are exactly what we expected for that price they are clean, decent, perfect if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Breakfast was decent, coffee and juice 24/7. I would definitely stay there again.

The facilities were just ok. nothing special. The breakfast offered was not well supplied. At 9:35 there was no toast. Both Coffee pots were empty. No fruit. We were placed on the third floor. I explained we would do much better on the first floor due to age and medical issues. No offer to move or explanation of why we must stay on the top floor.

had to remake bed before sleeping (appeared as short-sheeting), no butter at breakfast, our room had pop-top from can and pet food pellets behind door (we specified non-pet). Did have excellent washer / dryer facilities (although expensive $1.75 each).

The hotel was great, and reasonably priced compared to the ones in the surrounding region.

Room was good. VERY LOUD AC in the room though. Something needed to be tightened or they need to be replaced. Beds were good. Didn't use wi-fi or have breakfast so no comment.

When we walked in my wife said it smelled like it had been smiled in. A non-smoking room. I thought we would adjust. However, at 2 am, we finally gave up and asked for a different room. Much better.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay for a trio to st. Louis and this fit the bill. It was a decent place for the money. I wish the pool was larger. Still it was an easy in and out from st. Louis.

Great for one night worked well I would stay here again and would tell my friends to stay here

Our stay was fine, nice staff, decent free breakfast, the room price was extremely affordable. The shower in the handicapped accessible room is a problem, it can flood the room. But once we discovered that we managed fine, and I just can't argue with $25 a night, or something like that!

I would have stayed at St Louis, but finally stayed at the Red Roof property. Everything was fine for the money I paid. Next time when I'm on another budget road trip, this hotel might still be my choice.

My favorite thing about this hotel is the hardwood floors. They're actually laminate, but the point is that the rooms have NO CARPET! The staff is friendly. The location is convenient for us, and they don't blink an eye, much less charge me a fee, when I tell them that we have our (well-behaved and sweet as can be) pitbull with us. My only complaint is that there were several foreign hairs in our shower when we arrived. Otherwise this is a good value.

Very nice staff. Nice little extras. Popcorn fruit and flavored water.
