Jackie (the manager on duty when I arrived) was fantastic. There were two big conventions happening at the same time and she had the desk running like a well oiled machine. Highly recommended.

Everything was great the food service and the bar, but the pool closed when I arrived and didn't open before I left bummer

I waited an hour in line because the hotel staff said the rooms weren't clean. Never heard of such. SMH....

Enjoyed our stay there, great staff and clean rooms.

Went to see family, first time to st Louise was great over all

Outstanding value when you consider the location vs. the price. That said, if you're looking to be impressed, looking for luxury, or looking for frills, this will not be your place.

Great location. Good spot for sporting events, local attractions and food. Room was a little dirty. No tv remote, said only in certain rooms. No microwave as stated. Fee for frig use. Parking not free. $30 deposit at check in. Maid service walked into room on wife while I was loading car, with do not disturb sign posted on door, not happy with that. Heard smoke alarm in adjacent room go off frequently, even at 2 a.m. All the above was addressed at checkout. With being a big name hotel, great location is only thing that would bring us back.

Everyone was very helpful! The lobby and rooms were very nice!

The main attraction of this Hotel is it's location. Everything is basically within walking distance. Those places you are not in walking distance of can be done by the metro service and that station is in close walking distance. The Hotel itself is nothing great, but we don't stay in the room that much while on vacation anyway. The place could be cleaner, some of the staff could be nicer. It was a quiet room for the most part and the beds were comfortable.

We were able to check in our room early. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The pool needed some maintenance and a new heater. The water was freezing and my nephew would not get in all the way. It was not adult friendly temperature wise. Everything was within walking distance downtown. It was a good value for our stay. The cleaning staff could have been a little friendlier and cleaned better. I found a used condom under my bed and left it there. I would stay there again when I am in St. Louis.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, like the arch and Busch Stadium. The hotel itself was nice. The pool was really small, and our room was right up against it. So every time someone would talk we could hear it loud and clear. Overall it was a great trip and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't plan on spending their whole time there.

Check in time is 4 p.m. Our room was not available until after 5 p.m. The counter staff would give us no updates as to room status nor where as we had two rooms booked. The room was adequate at best. The door lock did not work well and we had to get a staff member three times to unlock out room and it never was fixed. The interior was somewhat clean but the paint was peeling off the bathroom door and the exhaust fan was hanging down and very noisy. The TV was of 1990 vintage and even though it was cable service the reception on many stations including local networks ones was wavy and fuzzy. Needless to say, we NOT stay at nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Busy hotel, everything was good. I appreciated the hard working staff and it's location.

Good location, but an older hotel that has not been updated. Easy walk from Busch Stadium. Tube TV and broken vending machines.

In town for baseball game. Walking distance from stadium . Clean room with veiw of pool.

I recently stayed here for three days and my experience was fine - not the most luxurious hotel I've been to nor the most basic. But, as I was preparing to check out, I noticed that there was a used item from the previous occupants. It was crazy that it was still there, after three days of cleaning! I received $20 off my parking (parking is $15/day), but I'm not sure if that was enough.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel, just wanted a room to stay in near Busch Stadium for the weekend, and this worked great for that since I could walk to and from pretty easily. It is also within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions (including the arch), and the downtown area seemed very safe, even at night. Minor nitpicks would be a very small pool that always had kids in it so I never used it (not really complaining just observing), and very slow elevators became mildly annoying after a couple days. Parking was pretty close ($10/day, $15 if you want in and out privileges), and the rooms were clean and a good size. If I came back to St Louis, I would probably stay here again.

Older hotel that needed some work in all areas of the room. Location was close enough to walk to all major attractions including the arch and baseball stadium. Definitely not the best hotel in the area but for the price worth it if you're looking for just a place to sleep. Staff was nice. Parking was $15 a night via the hotel but upon leaving the parking deck the charge was $20 total. Hotel basically charged us $10 more without informing us.

Extremely small pool. Beds not comfortable. Not as clean as it should be.

Great location to the festivaties. Went to take a shower and the water was cold. Pool needed to be cleaned. Other than that was a good stay.
