If pet hair is found in the beds or furnishings we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee. Guest are required to pickup their pet waste and dispose of it- If we have to pick your pet waste in the backyard its an additional cleaning fee.
4 Guest acknowledge that the house has stairs to the basement where the laundry is. Guests are only allowed just the laundry area of the basement.
5. Guest will not have mail sent to the home or setup any type of permanent residency requirements.
6. Guest will not have any outside guest in the space that are not listed on the original reservation.
