Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. Overall very happy with our experience here. We originally booked for just a few days and ended up staying much longer. The place was exactly as described, a very comfortable place. The coffee table did have a lose leg that ended up collapsing but once again, that did not effect our stay. Host was very responsive to all questions.

It is a one bedroom apartment that met our needs. It is a nice place to stay and close to many of the places we were going to. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that looked nice. Plenty of hot water for showers. Well equipped with everything labeled.
