Stayed here for one night supporting family running a half marathon. We had a King studio. When the sofa bed was out, it literally touched the corner of the king bed. There was zero room in the living quarters. Felt like we were in NYC for how cramped it was. Brrakfast was nice. Just wish we had a little more breathing room in the room itself. Would stay here again but for 2 adults and 2 young kids would instead get a room with 2 actual beds so we are less squished.

Newer hotel, very clean. Convenient location off the freeway and many places around to eat. Good staff, took quick action. Would highly recommend to anybody traveling in this area & would def stay here again of course. As Marriott Gold, I got upgraded to a 2-bedroom corner suite (very spacious!).

This is a nice clean hotel that meets the standards of Marriott. It is Marriotts extended stay hotel so rooms have kitchenettes which is nice. The walls are a little thin and could hear kids running hallways. The pool and area is very nice! Great place to stay

Spent the weekend here and I couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean and everything was in order and everything you need is right there in your room. This was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. Had a great homey feel to it. Staff here are very friendly and attentive and seem to be ready to help with anything. This was just an overall great stay and we will definitely be staying here again.

I was working in St George for two weeks. Staying in the TownePlace Suites was a terrific home away from home. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free laundry supplies, good breakfast. By far the best extended stay I have had. Bed was very comfortable too. What a bonus!

I stayed here in December 2017 for 1 night. Getting to the hotel is easy enough. It is located near a plenty of restaurants. There is a hospital near by, but I didn't hear any noise from it. The front desk was friendly and recommended a new Mexican Restaurant that recently opened. She also gave me a coupon for a free appetizer. This review is about the hotel, but I don't recommend the Mexican restaurant. Nothing against the staff of the hotel, they sincerely tried to make a good recommendation that just didn't pan out this time. My room was on the first floor, and it had a view facing out into a park like area behind the hotel. Due to a large hill, there is a retaining wall. The hotel built a walk path/park like area directly between the wall and the hotel. They did a nice job making it appear “natural” and it looks like a nice area to hang out in the evening. The room was spacious and had everything I would need for a week. It had everything you would expect to find in a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space throughout the room. Paul Mitchell bath products are used here and there was fine. My one complaint about the hotel is the breakfast. The seating area is on a small side, and with a hotel this size it can get crowded. Also, they use Styrofoam products such as plates and cups. I understand this is done to reduce effort in cleaning dishes, but for the sake of their environmental stewardship they could use paper or another biodegradable product. The quality of the breakfast was sub par, but since it is free it's hard to complain too much. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for 1 night. I would consider it for stays of a week or longer, but for 1 night you can get more amenities at other hotels in the area for the same price.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was quite nice. It seemed a bit run down this time. Overall, not as clean and the room was dark, even with all the lights turned on. Was still OK, but not up to Marriott quality.

We got in somewhat late and were exhausted, Zack at the front desk was super helpful!! Both for checking us in, and giving us local information and Zion / hiking tips & tidbits. Everything I could ask for in a Marriott Property.

I stay here for business throughout the year annually. There's a reason why you stay at the same place when you get the type of service that I've come to expect here. St. George is a great place to do business. Towne Place Suites always takes care of my team. The rooms are great, great workout area and pools as well. It makes the downtime from not working worthwhile. And they always take care of us whatever we need. They are like family.

The room design was the most functional Marriott room I have ever stayed in . It had a great functional design great appointments clean and comfortable. The hotel location was perfect for visiting the St. George area and visiting the local national parks. Highly recommended great breakfast and great staff. I worked for Marriott for 25 years and have stayed at many Marriotts worldwide. You will Like this hotel
