The front desk manager was very courteous and helpful. I had difficulty conversing with the breakfast staff and House Keeping because very few of the staff spoke English. This was the biggest drawback to the Inn.

It was a very beautiful property, up against the mountain. The hotel seemed very nice. The room was VERY average. The carpet seemed to need cleaning (it felt dirty on bare feet), the bathroom door would drift shut when open, and was obviously water damaged at the bottom with wood fraying. The bed was quite hard. I had to line up all the pillows from the King bed to make a mattress to sleep on. This should NEVER be the case. Put a gel topper on it if you can't afford a quality mattress. The bed should be the most important thing about the room!
