Water pressure in shower was not good. Breakfast was not maintained and stocked. 3 day stay and the would not give me an extra hour.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
The room was absolutely disgusting. There was food on the floor, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. There were stains on the comforter (blood) and what looked like to be poop stains on the sheets. We will never ever stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel on my way down from Zion National Park. It was convenient and the price was reasonable for one night stay

We always stay at this property when we visit Saint George. But this time the room was dirty.. especially the bathroom, it was outdated, cracks in the tub. The bed was like a rock.. the cooler food not function properly and had Cobb webs in it.
clean pool and hot tub. The tub squeaked when you moved as showering. Other than that, great deal!
Checkin was slow because there was only one person working. Room was somewhat difficult to find. My room had a door to an adjoining room...the people were not noisy, but I could hear everything happening in their room. When I tried to turn the heat on, a very strong burning smell emanated from the heater....so strong that I turned it off. When I mentioned it at checkout, the attitude was 'whatever'.. Won't be staying again.
