The room was absolutely disgusting. There was food on the floor, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. There were stains on the comforter (blood) and what looked like to be poop stains on the sheets. We will never ever stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on my way down from Zion National Park. It was convenient and the price was reasonable for one night stay

We always stay at this property when we visit Saint George. But this time the room was dirty.. especially the bathroom, it was outdated, cracks in the tub. The bed was like a rock.. the cooler food not function properly and had Cobb webs in it.

Room had real moisture and mildew issues in the bathroom. The beds were the worst part, hard as a rock and old.

Well, We were there for 5 days and discovered from our first night that the toilet won't flush at all. So bc it was late in the evening, we decided to report the problem the very next morning. Now the nice lady who works in the front desk told us that she can transfer us to a different room, hence there were few other rooms available. But as soon as the hotel manager heard the conversation, he got out from the back office and said he'll call the plumber instead and it can be fixed right away. So after I asked how long? (Bc we obviously needed to use the bathroom), His reply was, within 2-3 hours because the plumber was coming from another town outside of St. George. So we waited for so long, killed time by going to McDonalds next door before we could even use our own bathroom. IT'S TERRIBLE customer service by the manager/owner himself! He was so unreasonable and super cheap! We will NEVER come back!

Everything about the hotel was decent and what I expected. However, there were many bugs and 2 cockroaches in the room. I would recommend the hotel if they get rid of the bugs.

The Hotel is old and some things were inconvenient. But overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was great.

Great Breakfast, ok rooms, comfortable beds nice for quick stop from Colorado to California.

Met expectations, I would certainly stay there again. Good value for your dollar.

My wife and I were looking for a value room to spend one night in St. George, Utah. The room we were given had a bedside lamp that didn't work and the heat/air didn't work so we asked for another room which was fine. Just a frustration no traveler wants.

This was a pretty good place to stay for the price. The continental breakfast was really good. The only complaints were a squeaky tub and a toilet that made a lot of noise when it flushed.

Clean and well kept. Great for a short stay. overnight. I would stay long term

We recently made a reservation for 2 non-smoking rooms at the Q U A L I T Y I N N in St George, Utah using the O R B I T Z website. Upon completion of the check-in process early following afternoon, I was handed the room keys and told this key is for the non-smoking room and this key is for the smoking room to which I promptly replied "we reserved two non-smoking rooms as two in our party have asthma". The desk clerk spoke with the owner or manager via telephone and then turned to me and said we should take the reservation and they would give us a rollaway bed? I agreed to check the smoking room to see if it would work. Upon opening the door of the smoking room 6 inches I was met with the accumulated smell of several years. I returned to the front desk and again asked the clerk to please give us 2 non-smoking rooms. The desk clerks declined my request for them to honor the original reservation. I then called the credit card company I used to book the reservation and the credit card company employee spoke with the hotel desk clerk for several minutes. The motel clerk again declined my request and we left and subsequently made a reservation at another motel.

Made reservation on [...]and requested Non-Smoking rooms. We checked in early and there were very few guests at the time. Desk clerk said all they had were smoking rooms left. I said you can NOT be full at that hour. She said tour busses were coming in and they would be full and they took all the non-smoking rooms. I said I was there now and wanted a non-smoking room, first come first served. She could not comply. We have stayed there many times before, but guess that was our LAST!!
